DYH was founded in 1981 by three partners.

In the early years, it came under full ownership by one of those partners.

 It continues to be owned and operated by that same person to this day.

Over the years, DYH has established a reputation for competence and integrity.

During that time, there has been a broad spectrum of sales of businesses both large and small with a 

concentration in the Pennsylvania and Maryland state areas.

DYH has an extensive list of potential buyers from around the globe.  It is our

practice to represent sellers in transactions.  This has caused DYH to develop a large database

of potential buyers.
